Silence is sometimes quite noisy

I wanted to update the blog as it has been an area of silence, which I suppose is quite typical among many consultant professionals as they try to balance the needs of their clients, some of the seemingly 'lower-priority' elements can take a back seat, such as blogging.


The last year has been a busy one for me. It has been very noisy in comparison to this blog!


I invested in and opened a restaurant which I am immensely proud of, and this continues to be something I am passionate about.


I have continued to meet and work with some absolute professionals in the industry from suppliers, technology inventors, chefs, carpenters, accountants, as well as fellow entrepreneurs. Many of these have been and continue to be an inspiration for me too.


However I have come to remember the reason I started this blog... to inform and share useful insight, guidance and tips to help you practically as you continue in your quest to run successful restaurant, cafe and bar businesses.
